Top of the Morning to You

Happy Day 1 (Card 2) for the 2017 Spring Coffee Lover's BlogHop which continues on through to March 31st...so join us in this remarkable BlogHop...a fun time enjoyed by all.  

This card was amazingly fast to put together.  While going through my scraps I found the image on the other side of a design paper used previously...the image and sentiment were perfect.  The two panels with sentiments were cut and placed together on the floral design sheet previously used.  Can't imagine that I never considered the other side of this paper...but I'm going to the Scrapbook Store to get the same design sheet and use more of the back side like PML cards.  

Now, all it needed was a fine piece of china and had just the die to accomplish that. Carefully choose another part of the design paper to get a floral design and piece it together with another die cut using gypsy cardstock...topped off with a steam die cut from Paper Smooches.  

Another Memory Lane moment...my grandmother's fine china cup collection, which have been turned over to my daughter.  

And guess what, no 3D Foam Tape on this card, just a little layering and I am so pleased with it.
