This is my Design Team Card for Double Trouble Challenge #112 "SomeThing, AnyThing, EveryThing" with Twisted Sister's optional twist using birds and frames as my repeated images. ColorMyHeart Color Dare #497 "TicTacToe" was selected as a previous DTC partner and my TTT was Row 3 Flamingo, Lemonade and Capri. Unfortunately I missed the deadline on a chosen sketch from Try Stampin' on Tuesday.
I had the perfect stamp and die set for the sketch and able to use for Twisted Sister's "repeat image"; however, had to go with a little bigger than an A2 card turned to landscape. Stamped three images, cut with thin die, colored each frame in three of the colors from ColorMyHeart Color Dare "5 Pack" and adhered to the polka dot background design paper with 3D thin foam tape.
Going through my stash found a little birdie proportionate to the frames and stamped several birdies on design paper and cardstock using the same colors as the frames. The birdie stamp was only facing one direction so used a technique to do a reverse stamp for two of the colors, stamping lightly and using a Copic multi-pen 0.03 to outline the full image. The birdies were adhered with 3D thin foam tape in the frames, added hearts in the one frame and sentiment in another frame.
Used a zip strip from the same paperpack for the two left-hand side strips. The additional birdies were placed on the border on the inside of the card.
