This is my Design Team project for Color Dare #628 combining it with the Sketch Saturday Challenge #764. Had the perfect circle trio die for this sketch and while going through my stash found this retired Rubbernecker Fish stamp and die set to place in each circle using a bubble patterned paper as my panel behind the trio and bordered top/bottom border with Journey color cardstock and adhered to card base.
The fish were colored with Copic sketch brush pens, closest match to Color Board, and adhered with glue and 3D thin foam tape to add dimension. The sentiment was stamped, cut and glued to the banner cut and adhered to to the card front and added some white speech bubbles to sentiment.
On the inside of cardbase along the bottom adhered a; piece of the bubble patterned paper and a fourth fish from stamp set colored using Copic pens.
Please hop on over and join us at Color Dare's Color Board #628 and select at least three of the colors from the Color Board. Check out the Design Teams inspiration, and then let us see what you create... hope to see you there.

I love your colorful fish! They are so cute and the dotted paper looks like bubbles.
Amazing! These fish are really so fun. And I love the colors they are painted in. So cheerful and happy. Beautiful design paper underneath the motifs. It really looks like the fish are bubbling. And I love the idea of representing these three with the three circles.
And... it's so much fun to find this fish in the card :).
Thank you for sharing your card in the current Critter Crazy Challenge.
