This is my DT Card for ColorMyHeart Color Dare #329 using the MFT Sketch Challenge #423. My colors chosen were Linen, Mint (used light and dark), Gold and additional greys. I've had this stamp and die set for quite some time and felt the sketch from MFT was a good place to start. Selected the Mint (light side) for my background. Originally stamped six swans with linen ink on linen cardstock, adhered the wings with foam tape; however when I placed them on the card base it was too crowded. So back to the drawing board.
Decided to use the cattails on each side of the swan and stamped on some waves. Sentiment was stamped on the new banners received this past week with the gold ink and then heat embossed using Princess Gold and all stamped images were adhered with foam tape for dimension

Oh, I love this! The setting is so serene and gentle. I bought this stamp and die set not long ago and I forgot that I have it - you reminded me that I have to get it out and USE IT (and check out the Three Amigos challenge...) Love the colours that you chose and the way you arranged the swans with the brush. Just beautiful.
