This is my DT card for ColorMyHeart Color Dare Challenge using the 2018 Fall/Winter Coffee Lover's theme Coffee/Tea/Cocoa.
2018 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. Day 1 - Card 2: Lori Turner's project was my inspiration which was to use a plaid and one of the PML card in the paperpack was a plaid. For my focal point used another PML Card which was a Bucket of branches and pinecones but fussy-cut to make it into a coffee cup. The coffee cup was adhered to the plaid with thin foam tape on the sides and a thicker foam tape in the middle to give it a more rounded dimension. Instead of a bow a couple pinecones were cut, layered with fir branches and Nuvo red drops added for berries. One snowflake in the upper r-h corner to balance the layout.
Thank you, Lori
MY INSPIRATION: For the past few years I have been a big fan and entrant of the Coffee Lovers Seasonal Blog Hops. There is so much inspiration within this Blog Hop that I decided to pay tribute to the Design Team. I have selected one post from the 2017 Fall and/or Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop for each Design Team member. Each has provided me inspiration for creating my card for the 2018 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.
Amy Tsuruta, Founder and Hostess, demonstrated innovation when she developed the Coffee Blog Hop. Her vision has created a firestorm of coffee-inspired challenges and merchandise across the globe. Her dedication and hard work in keeping the challenge alive and fun for all of us fanatics in paper crafting and coffee addicts does not go unappreciated. Thank you, Amy!
BLOG CANDY: In the past I won a coffee mat as Blog Candy and I love it. I searched online to find that coffee mat and much to my surprise there it was along with others. I have several new mats that you can win by random draw along with a Spellbinders die. All you have to do is link a coffee card to the Double Trouble Challenges and make a comment. You can decide to participate in one or both challenges as long as you meet the guidelines for these challenges:
Starts Nov 30 - Dec 2) Fall/Winter "Sweet Treat"
Comment "What's your favorite Sweet Treat during the Holidays"
(Starts Dec 3 - Dec 7) Embossing-Dry/Heat/Paste
Comment: "What's your favorite hot/cold drink?"
Thank you, Lori
