Double Trouble Challenge #15 - Sweet Treat for the Holidays and More

My card for the Double Trouble Challenge #15 "Fall/Winter/Holliday Sweet Treat" was inspired by the Mood Board that our challenge partner at Use Your Stuff  #338 has provided (so many sweet choices).

This image was one of the extra cards from a Copic Class attended almost a year ago...and I'm just coloring it now. This image was perfect in that it already had some of the items from the Mood Board (Cookies, Gingerbread, Peppermint and the color Red. A lot of time was spend on coloring, but once that was done the rest was easy. Used a couple new dies and used three of the borders to create a decorative frame and adding 3D thin foam tape on the white frame for dimension.  And just happened to have a sentiment "Sweet Treats" that my daughter had given me for a random draw at her bloghop challenge awhile ago. And to get in Twisted Sister's "Sprinkles on Top" Wink of Stella "Clear" was added to the sugar cookies.

"Sprinkles on Top - Clear Wink of Stella

Trouble Maker challenges you to make a sweet treat for the holidays. Share a card or project that you'll use in the upcoming holidays, - for example pumpkin pie, hot chocolate and candy canes, etc. etc. etc. Many of these items are on the Mood Board so it makes it easy to participate in the Use Your Stuff Challenge also.

While you’re getting inspired…take a minute and leave us a comment on the Blog posting of your favorite sweet memory about Christmas and earn an extra

chance to our random draw when you submit your entry for this challenge.

But don't stop here because Twisted Sister just wants some "sprinkles on top" (any type of sparkly embellishment) to guarantee her to get on the Nice List.

Both the Mood Board and the "Sprinkles on Top" are optional, but sure makes it a lot of fun and gives you additional chances on Double Trouble's random draw prize.

And if Coffee/Tea/Cocoa used in your project, see detail below, for an additional project; however you can't backlink, and entry starts on Friday, November 30th.

Also sent to the following challenges:

This is the stamp set I used last year to send all four of my boys a card all about cookie making. I still love it, and yours is extra yummy with the wonderful coloring and pretty frame!
