You can submit to our call with "old and new" projects...and projects that you create for our SPARKS Challenge are perfectly acceptable.
My first choice was to use the Chubby Chum Kitty for a Valentine Day's Card, and what's more fun for a Kitty to play with ... a ball of yarn, which made it perfect to use my sentiment border "be my velentine" as yarn ball unravelling. Add some smaller balls of yarn as balloons, the sentiment and a red glitter heart.

That's not a small kitty but in comparison to the size of the balls of yarn, he looks tiny! This is an adorable scene. All the layering is right up your alley (cat). Too cute!
