Challenge runs for two weeks...create a project and submit by Tuesday, July 19th...and don't forget to Add a Sentiment.  My card was created using the The Paper Shelter "Happy Birthday".  

Colored image with alcohol-based pens, and cut image using the balloon die-cut.  Used Vellum to die-cut the larger balloon, sponged with honey ink and laid over the image to appear as we are looking through the transparency to the girl throwing around balloons. Also die-cut several smaller balloons in Vellum for transparency, sponged on color with an assortment of colors, rolled and layered.
