As I was going through my stash of different technique backgrounds the other day I pulled this green background for an upcoming Color Dare Challenge #642 "Shades of Green" which was a great match to the graphic and didn't even need to pull out my green inks. Bordered my background with Evergreen cardstock and adhered to card base.
Greens remind me of leaves and plants... so off to my die stash. Already cut was a black silhouette of plants... perfect but cut one more for layering and adhered to green background. Chose another die "Hello" for sentiment using a black for the silhouette and two layers of the Evergreen cardstock.
Probably the fastest I have made a card due to stuff in my stash.
Please hop on over and check out the Design Teams inspiration, and and join us at Color Dare's Challenge #642... hope to see you there and anxious to see what you create.

I love your background and the silhouette. They work so well together. Great card.
Wonderful background design for the shadow foliage dies! The silhouettes really pop against the bright green. Thanks for sharing with A Cut Above's March Challenge.

I really like how the plants are silhouetted against the green pattern paper.
Great card, Sue! The silhouettes are the perfect touch on this striking green background.
