This is my Design Team project for Double Trouble "Wintry Country Feeling" using the technique for embossing and/or stenciling and Twisted Sister's optional twist to include a hat. Our collaborating challenge for this challenge is Farm Quest #44 "Winter Sports".
The Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #559 and ColorMyHeart Color Dare's Challenge #583 "Fancy Five" were my inspiration for my Wintry Country Feeling.
On white cardstock using Sea Glass Ink (for the light shade of Sage) stenciled snowflakes and added a border. Cut and adhered three stitched strips in the middle of the background
The image was masked using four of the stamps (bear and bear arm, penguin and sled from the CTMH Stamp set #C1764 "Got Snow". Image was colored with Copic Sketch brush pens, background stamped with snow fluries and snowflakes, cut to size of panel in sketch, sentiment added, bordered and adhered to stenciled background with 3D thin foram tape.
The inside of card was stamped with an assortment of snow fluries and snowflakes on the right hand border.
Please hop on over and join us at Double Trouble and Farm Quest to check out the Design Teams inspiration, and then let us see what you create... hope to see you there.

Cute card, Sue! That bear is having a good time. Such pretty colors and you accomplished three challenges with just one card. - Melanie R.
So sweet, you really did a great job making those colors look so good together!
Your holiday card is winter fun at its best, Suzanne! You've achieved a wonderful bundling of challenges in addition to DTCB and FQCB!!! The sketch and colors worked well! Thanks for the partnering to FQCB! Appreciatively, Becca
P.S. Suzanne: there are 2 other FarmQuest challenge blogs that your card can be linked/qualifies for: FarmQuest General Store (anything farm/country goes topics) and FarmQuest Country Christmas (anything country Christmas/snowy-icy landscapes, scenes, nature, etc.) --Becca
Love the image with the polar bear - great snowflake background! Thanks for sharing with us at Atlantic Hearts :)
You created an adorable little scene. I love the use of color, sketch and animals. Great Job. Thanks for sharing at Atlantic Hearts.
Great little scene! Both of them really enjoy sledding. I love the color scheme you used. For me these pastel colors symbolize a really cold and beautiful winter day. Wonderful backgrounds. These homemade backgrounds will really make your card look stunning.
Thank you for participating in the latest Critter Crazy Challenge.

That quote is super cute. What a lovely winter card!
Aww, what a sweet card and the color combo is just perfect. I love the row of snowflakes inside the card, too.
