This is my DT for Double Trouble Challenge #66 "Make a Scene" using Twisted Sister's optional twist "include some mode of transportation", a jeep.
When we went to Yellow Stone my expectation was to see a moose... never saw one. While visiting with friends in Wyoming I had mentioned my disappointment of not getting a photo of a moose. They lived near a mountain range wherein he guaranteed we would see one.
This card is made with my memory of a 5-mile scenic jeep ride (about a mile every hour) on a rough dirt road with their LARGE dog sitting between us. Lots of conversation, laughs and fun time. It wasn't until the last 20 minutes of our ride a moose was sited by our driver friend... how he ever saw it off in the distance is beyond me; however, with a good distant lens I was able to capture a photo.
Decided to keep it simple and use design papers for my scene. When going through my stash for I came across a paper that appeared like mountain silhouette in the Aurora paperpack (probably a sky, but it worked for my purpose of the scene). Cut along the lines when there was a change of color and adhered with thin foam tape for each mountain level, cut a polka-dot paper for the night-time sky, three trees and a Jeep on first and second level. Sentiments were added.

Love the layers and the monochromatic colour scheme. Come and visit me and we can definitely find you a moose - there are TONS up here!
Fun story about your journey to finding a moose! Would love to see that distant shot! Lots of cool moose in the mountains here! Your card is awesome. Perfect for your story :)
Great scene, cute little jeep die cut, and even good memories to go with it. Last Jeep ride I went on in Sedona was so rough my neck was sore for days!
