Smooches - Color Dare #404 TicTacToe

Here is my Design Team card for our ColorMyHeart Color Dare Challenge #404 "TicTacToe" using the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #378.   Unicorns and fantasy need Sparkle so glitter paper was used for almost everything. The American Crafts 6 x 6 glitter sheets were used so the colors are the closest match to the TicTacToe.  A lot of Cuttlebug cuts and a lot of piecing... here is my result for an any occasion child's card.
