Here is my DT card for Double Trouble Challenge "Birthday BlowOut" using Twisted Sister's optional twist "sponged background and/or element"... and then Let's twist again to include "things that fly" to create a TicTacToe left-to-right diagonal to enter into Joy of Sets TicTacToe #017.
