Happy Birthday - Double Trouble Challenge #57

This is my DT card for Double Trouble Challenge #57 "Brown Bag-It Day" (use Kraft paper). And if you use Twisted Sister's optional twist to create a kid's project and include a favorite item (toy, clothing) as a child and you will be able to also enter in Crafting Happiness Challenge #49... and who doesn't like a grown up purse when you're a kid.

Found in Pinterest a tutorial by Samantha Clayton at Mixed Up Craft Blog "Handbag Fold Card", with all the dimensions and the YouTube shows how to put it altogether. An fun and easy card to put together.  All you have to do is choose your papers, embellishments and sentiment. Since it was a little purse I decided to put a pocket on the inside for money and/or a gift card. This purce fold, including the purse handle, creates a 5 x 7 card.

To join us at Double Trouble all you need to create a project using Kraft.

Then it's up to you whether you want to include Thing 3 Twisted Sister's optional twist "kids project" for week one, and just add red for week two challenge at Crafting Happiness.

Please follow us on Double Trouble Challenge and receive notices of our new challenge on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month, and if there is a 5th Monday we run a special one week challenge like this one for our "Something, Everything, Anything".
