The design team reveal for this sketch will be on Wednesdays, so be sure to stop by to see the beautiful cards from the rest of the design team and other entrant inspirations for this challenge...and stop by every Monday for new sketches.
My first thought for this sketch was washi tape and polka dot paper for the alternating strips; but then I wanted a design paper that would have the appearance of alternating strips and when looking through Charlotte paper pack there was a PML card that caught my attention. And then there was a second PML card that caught my attention...wow, I don't often use PML's for my cards and to find two that I could put together. Often see other papercrafters using PML cards and coming up with great cards...so my challenge for this card was using these PML cards.
Found in my stash a small shaker that was created a few months ago and never used on a card...so the third panel was just an add to the PML cards. Die-cut a sentiment and put all the pieces together...done with the front of the card.
On the inside used the same stamp set in variety of inks, masked and created the same floral on the front of the card. Another sentiment stamped on the side of the card.

Beautiful card! Love that shaker box and the inside of your card is just as pretty as the outside. Thank you for inspiring us at Between The Folds Bi-Weekly Challenge Blog.
I love that you used the arrow paper for the background on the sketch. The shaker component adds a neat component to your card - I would have overlooked that had you not pointed it out! This is so pretty and soft.
gorgeous card! ~ Jen - Between the Fold DT

Very beautiful Suzanne, love the interior as well (I peeked in on your blog)! Thank you for joining us this week and hope to see you in the next challenge.
I see these cards up close and personal and then don't comment on them! I love this paper - definitely a favorite - and you used it beautifully.
I love it! Charlotte was one of my favourites! Thanks for playing along with Between the Folds (BTF)!
