Mer-Baby is an image from Aurora Wings...colored with ShinHan alcohol-based pens, die-cut using the inner of the scalloped circle die, die-cut vellum to place over image to appear as looking through a porthole, and die-cut a couple other frames, layered and adhered to background, and then added the stitched frame.  The fish dragging along the banner was a coloring book image which I pulled into Word, printed, colored, fussy-cut and layered.
