This card is my last Valentine Day Card for this year, and using Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #94 for the design. The Stamp Set used was CTMH Owls Seasons & Nature for the Owls, Branches and Sentiment. The little hearts on the branches were from another stamp set included with the Heartstrings Cardmaking Workshop. The background is a variety of cardstock through CTMH. Added Wink of Stella for some sparkle, along with liquid glass and glitter tape for enhancements. And of course my favorite enhancement is the thin 3-D Foam Tape for giving the card a lot of dimension used on the branches. Join us at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge and see the other interesting sketches, maybe you can be the next Top 3.
Retirement has created a challenge addict, which takes up a fair amount of my time. Thanks to innovative and creative ideas from many Design Teams, my CTMH daughter, and my friends. Challenges give me a jump-start on many of my cards and turns on my creativity to come up with my own unique designs. So cute! Can never get enough of the owls. I like your idea of using hearts for the leaves too.
I love that you put hearts on the branch for the owls to sit on and the sentiment is a great tie in with the You & I on the front.
Love the hearts and the coloring! Great card! Thanks for playing along with Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge!
