This is my Design Team project for Double Trouble #184 using the 3-2-1 Recipe "Love is in the Air" and combining it with our Sister Challenge, Try a Sketch on Tuesday (TSOT) Sketch Challenge #663 which starts on Feb 4th so this card will not be entered in the TSOT challenge due to the backlinking rule but used as an example of combining the two challenges for interested participants.
Using the 3-2-1 recipe in the clipart above it reminded me of many CTMH patterned zip strips in my stash and perfect for the TSOT sketch. To further enhance the recipe used an additional mix-in patterned paper in Mink. My first shape was the Heart cut from another mix-in patterned paper which satisified Twisted Sister's optional twist to use a heart. My second shape was the Valentine Wishes envelope with another sentiment with a cute birdie image on the heart.
Please hop on over and join us at Double Trouble, have fun with our 3-2-1 Recipe "Love is in the Air" and play along with our optional twist and dare while earning additional chances to our random draw. Check out the Design Teams inspirations, and then let us see what you create... hope to see you there.
Then hop on over and check out the TSOT Sketch Challenge, check out the Design Teams inspiration, and consider using their sketch with our 3-2-1 recipe.

That doily around the heart is so pretty and I love the mix of red papers in the background :)
I like how you have but the cut-out heart back in the doily - it looks great. Lovely card. Thanks for joining in with A Cut Above challenge.
