You're the Best - Color Dare #672

This is my Design Team project for Color Dare #672 wherein you have to use both colors and no additional colors; however you can use free, black and white, neutrals an gold metallic. Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #649. 

Looked through my stash for patterned papers in sapphire, brown and vanilla shades and cut in 1/2" strips. Made a Vanilla strip 3/4" and adhered diagonally on a 4" x 5 1/4" panel, randomly placed 1/2" strips from the vanilla strip around the perimeter. Cut off the overlap of 1/2" strips, bordered the panel using Sapphire cardstock and adhered to a vanilla cardbase.  

For the focal point I used a stitched rectangle and cut florals in a vase, two in sapphire and two in vanilla, added a small cut of each color and placed opposite color behind dots of each vase between layers.  The floral vases were adhered to stitched rectangle using glue and some 3D thin foam tape.
