"Christmas in July" - Double Trouble Challenge #89

This is my Design Team card for Double Trouble Challenge #89 "Christmas in July" with Twisted Sister's optional twist to "Include Ribbon/Bow". We are partnering with Heart2Heart challenge "Christmas in July" for two weeks and would love you to share your project with them too.

One of the girls at our weekly Zoom for Our Little Crop Group shared a couple fun fold cards that her daughter had made and liked the fold so much I asked for the The Creativity Cave tutorial (link below in products used).

Went through my Christmas stash and found this beautiful design paper that I had purchased and never used.  With decision of design paper now it was a matter of following the tutorial... so I'm not going to bore you with all the detail because the measurements and fold instructions are excellent.

Twisted Sister's Optional Twist:  Again, my comfort zone is not making bows; but I fussy-cut out some of the bells with bows from the design paper and adhered on front of card with thin foam tape for dimension.

At Double Trouble Our Things 1, 2 and 3 sure bring on some wierd combinations but I like to challenge them all; however, you have the flexibility of doing just Thing 1 to create a Holiday card "Christmas in July" to be eligible for our random draw.

For those that really like more of a challenge may want to include Twisted Sister's optional twist to "Tie It Up" and  include bow/ ribbon/ twine and also choose to enter our partner's challenge... and you will be rewarded addtional chances at our random draw.

SNEAK PEEK:  Make sure you come back on August 1st for CLEO's Extra Special $50 Random Draw Prize celebrating International Cat Day at Double Trouble Challenge #90.

Your card is lovely, Sue! I know you took great care in the photography but I can attest that your card needs to be seen in person to be truly appreciated. Great holiday card.
