Double Trouble Challenge #14 - Christmas/Winter

Double Trouble Challenge #14 "Christmas/Winter' combining with Try Stampin' on Tuesdays "TicTacToe" board of choices, our partner for this challenge, choosing the bottom row "Stamping, Red, and Plaid".  I'm not one for using large plaids; however, my daughter shared with me a stash of plaids from a purchase she made at Hobby Lobby during one of our shopping sprees...thus chose to use to challenge myself to get out of my comfort zone and go with one of the choices using plaid.

Since my daughter's new challenge at Three Amigos was interactive cards I would use one of the plaids to let her know the stash of plaids she gave would not go unused and would enter her challenge using a Shutter Card.  My stamp was a Penguin with Christmas lights and ornaments wrapped around his neck so that I could use Twisted Sisters optional twist to "include something hanging" which fit perfectly for another challenge to include a Penguin.

Here it is...I did it all in one card.  But Penguin is having a difficult time and getting all tangled up in lights and ornaments to hang on the tree.

Trouble Maker invites you to create something for Challenge #14 which will put you in the Christmas/Winter mood, add to your Holiday stash and put you on Santa's Nice list when you participate.

Double Dare invites you to use the TicTacToe Board from Try Stampin' on Tuesday.

And Twisted Sister needs your help to get her off the Naughty List and is offering an optional twist to include any hanging items on your project - stockings, garland, ornaments, lights, banners, etc.

Make sure you pop on over to Double Trouble to see what the heck is going on – we had a Crazy Cousin (Guest Designer) stop by for the month of November and she’s bringing all kinds of goodies with her.

Your penguin card is adorable. It looks like you had a ton of fun figuring out how to include all those challenges into one card. :)

That's such a fun element inside your card! I've seen it before but haven't tried it myself.
