Boo - Let the Witching Hour Begin - Color Dare #314

This card is my Design Team Card for ColorMyHeart Color Dare #314 using the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #285 and theme from Three Amigos Challenge 19 "Autumn/ Halloween".  Well, my first thought was a Halloween card so selected "Hello Pumpkin" for my design paper and pulled out one of the PML cards, die cut a Halloween Village border and adhered with 3d thin foam tape above the sentiment.

The background was a design paper from "Oh What Fun" and layered with Clover cardstock.  The only thing left where I could pull in the Lagoon was another design paper for one of the banners and made a banner from the other two designs I used on the card.  For the banners just picked another design paper to pull in the third color and added a sentiment "Boo".  Wink of Stella added to the Boo Sentiment and the Halloween Village border.

We use CTMH color names for reference... however, you are welcome to use any products as long as you match closest to the colors in the Board and no additional colors except those on the color palette.  New Guidelines on Neutrals: White, Cream, Black, Gray, Kraft and Brown(s) are free to use; however if they are included in the challenge graphic they MUST be used in your creation.

Please stop by and view the DT's inspiration and join us...we would love to see the projects you create. We welcome Stampin' Up and all the other color competitors, if you're reading this, let's show some tough competition and join our challenge.  This Color Dare Challenge will be open for (2) weeks AND you still have time to enter in our previous Color Dare #313 Click Here.

If you have created an Autumn/Halloween card, please stop over and enter in Three Amigos October Challenge.

Nothing fancy for the inside except adding a border on the bottom with strips of cardstock of the colors in the challenge.

I’m not a big Halloween fan but I love this scene! The trees against the orange background stand out perfectly and then the use of the Oh What Fun papers are perfect to set off the intensity of the orange and back. What a boo-rrific card for so many challenges!

I really like that. Green and orange are traditional Halloween colors, but that softer shade of green is stunning! I love the design of your card.

Thanks for joining us for our Cut it Up for our Halloween challenge!
